他们的工艺是取一些像水,盐一样简单的东西,再加上一些天然酵素,这将使他们每天都开心—发酵面包。
从大约200年的酵素开始,他们的面团具有自己的身份,而面包师的手只在那里引导和支持其通往那条完美面包的旅程。
Formerly occupied as a laundry shop, they believe in heritage & legacy. Universal Bakehouse takes on the legacy of being a community business in the cozy neighbourhood of Damansara Kim. Their singular mission – creating daily fresh bakes that you can come to everyday.
From crusty sourdough loaves to crumbly buttery scones, they’re not so much about re-invention of the wheel, but more of an appreciation of the basics.
Their craft is about taking something as simple as water, salt, & a little natural leaven would give them an everyday delight – sourdough bread.
Started with a leaven that is approximately 200 years old (yes, very old indeed!), their sourdough takes on an identity of its own, and their bakers’ hands are merely there to guide & support its journey to that perfect loaf.
